Data Processing Addendum (DPA)
When an organization is the controller of session content and HaikoLink processes that content on its behalf, a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) may apply.
To request a DPA, email legal@haikolink.live with the subject line “DPA request” and include your organization name, contact person, and intended use. We will send the applicable DPA terms before enterprise or organizational processing begins. Individual end users who contract with HaikoLink directly are covered by our Privacy Policy as controller.
