Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the Terms. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

1. Lawful use

You may use HaikoLink only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Services to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right (including privacy, confidentiality, and intellectual property).

2. Prohibited content and conduct

• Uploading or streaming content that is illegal, exploitative of minors, or that facilitates crime.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or doxxing via rooms, captions, or related features.
• Unauthorized interception, recording, or surveillance of others without required notice and consent.
• Spam, unsolicited advertising, phishing, or creating rooms/accounts for abuse at scale.
• Malware, botnet command-and-control, or attempts to compromise the Services or other users.
• Bypassing billing, rate limits, authentication, or access controls; scraping non-public interfaces.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or deriving source code except where mandatory law permits.
• Reselling or sublicensing the Services without written permission, or implying HaikoLink endorsement.
• Using the Services to build a competing product by systematically extracting outputs or models beyond ordinary use.

3. Fair use of realtime capacity

Realtime speech and translation consume shared capacity. You must not impose unreasonable load, run automated stress against production without permission, or use the Services in a way that degrades experience for others.
